Order Cancellation & Rejection Policy

At Digital Hardware Mart, we strive to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. This policy outlines the conditions and procedures for order cancellations and our rights regarding order rejection.

Order Cancellation by Customer

You may request to cancel your order under the following circumstances:

  1. Before Processing: If your order has not yet been processed for packing or shipping, you may cancel it by contacting us immediately. Please email care.digitalhardwaremart2021@gmail.com or call +91 97393 60496 with your order number. We will attempt to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

  2. After Processing: Once an order has been processed, packed, or handed over to the shipping partner, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may choose to return the item after delivery as per our 7-Day Return Policy.

  3. Pre-orders or Backorders: For items not immediately available, you may cancel at any time before the item is dispatched. You will receive a full refund.

Order Rejection by Digital Hardware Mart

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to the following situations:

  1. Pricing or Description Errors: If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error, technical glitch, or inaccurate product information, we may cancel the order and notify you promptly. A full refund will be issued.

  2. Suspicious Activity: Orders suspected of fraudulent intent, unauthorized payment, or use of stolen payment methods will be cancelled immediately. We may also report such activity to relevant authorities.

  3. Stock Unavailability: If an item becomes unavailable after you place the order due to inventory discrepancies, we will cancel the item and notify you. You may choose a refund or store credit.

  4. Shipping Restrictions: If we are unable to ship to your provided address due to logistical, legal, or safety reasons, the order may be cancelled and refunded.

  5. Violation of Purchase Limits: Orders exceeding quantity limits per customer may be partially or fully cancelled.

Refund Process for Cancelled/Rejected Orders

Once an order is cancelled or rejected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
