Return & Refund Policy
At Digital Hardware Mart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery, subject to the following conditions:
Eligibility: The product must be in its original, unopened condition, with all accessories, manuals, and packaging intact. It must not show any signs of use, damage, or tampering.
Non-Returnable Items: Certain items, such as software licenses, opened electronic components, and personalized products, are non-returnable unless defective.
Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact us via email at care.digitalhardwaremart2021@gmail.com or call +91 97393 60496 within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and reason for return.
Return Process: Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number and instructions. Please securely pack the item and ship it back to us. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds: Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Digital Hardware Mart reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions. For defective or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping and offer a full replacement or refund.
