Shipping Policy

At Digital Hardware Mart, we partner with Shiprocket to ensure reliable and timely delivery across India. Our goal is to process and dispatch your order within 24-48 hours of confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Delivery Timelines & Areas

  • Metro & Major Cities: 3-5 business days.

  • Tier 2/3 Cities: 5-7 business days.

  • Remote Areas: 7-10 business days or more.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to logistics, weather, or regional circumstances. You will receive an SMS/email with your tracking number once your order is shipped.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery location and order weight. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions, which will be clearly advertised.

Order Tracking

You can track your order in real-time using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email or via your account on our website.

Undeliverable Shipments

If a shipment is returned to us as undeliverable (incorrect address, refused, unclaimed), we will contact you. A reshipping fee may apply for a second attempt, or a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally. All deliveries are confined to India.

Payment Policy

We offer secure and convenient payment options for your purchases.

Accepted Payment Methods

  • Credit/Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, RuPay.

  • Net Banking: All major Indian banks.

  • UPI: All UPI apps (PhonePe, Google Pay, Paytm, etc.).

  • Wallets: Paytm, MobiKwik, and others.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for most pin codes. Note: A valid contact number is required for COD verification.

Payment Security

All payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant, encrypted gateways. Digital Hardware Mart does not store your full card or financial details on our servers.

Payment Confirmation

Your order will be processed only after we receive confirmation of payment from our payment gateway. In case of failed transactions where the amount is debited, the funds will be automatically refunded to your source account within 7-10 business days. Please contact your bank if the amount is not credited within this period.

COD Limitations & Verification

For COD orders, we reserve the right to verify the delivery address and contact number. We may cancel COD orders if we are unable to successfully verify these details prior to dispatch.

Billing & Invoices

A system-generated GST invoice will be emailed to you upon order confirmation and included in your shipment package.
